Life in the trees

The trees in this layer can grow up to 30 metres high. They form a green shelter of shade on the forest below. The canopy is very hard to reach because of its tall stature. The canopy is like a border. There are drip tips on the leaves so they don’t decay because of the water. Some of the animals that live here are:
